Cannot log into view your account? No problem!
You can reset your password by going to your login page provided (it is different for each client) and clicking on FORGOT PASSWORD.
!!! Before you try:
1. Check your web browser and make sure it is up to date.
2. Do not use Internet Explorer as it is being phased out. All older versions of Explorer are no longer supported by Microsoft.
You can use:
- Microsoft Edge (the replacement for Explorer)
- Google Chrome
Make sure your browser is up to date since our platform is using the latest programming tools and code available.
If you do not know your login URL:
- Go to our website at http://goteamo.com
- From the top of the page, click on on LOG IN:
- From the log-in page, click on FORGOT PASSWORD under the login button then enter your email address. As long as you have a valid account, you will be sent a new password reset link.
- Note: the email address that you use for reset must be the email address that is attached to your account profile. Once you start this process you must complete it or this feature will time out and you will need to do it again.
