If you try to reset your password and do not receive a password reset email please do the following:
First: Check your spam folder. 99% of the time the email can be found in the spam folder. To avoid this from happening again, be sure to mark it as "Not Spam" in your email program.
Second: Check your web browser. When you send the reset request, make sure you are not using Internet Explorer. Use Edge (the replacement for Explorer), Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
Make sure your browser is up to date since our platform is using the latest programming tools and code available.
Third: Wait at a least one hour. It can take time during busy periods.
