As a business level Admin you have the ability to manage settings corporately. This includes setting the system to automatically send anniversaries and Birthdays recognition (with or without points). To access your control menu, while you were logged into your account click on your Avatar (or your initials) which are displayed in the upper right hand corner of your screen and select MY BUSINESSES. Next, click on the icon that has the image of a building:
From here select the AUTOMATION tab. From here, once enabled you can reset your text which you would like to be sent out to the employee and have the recognition posted on the TeamBoard. In this automated process you can choose the applicable merit badge and issue a set number of points if you choose to do so. If you do not wish for the automated system to issue points simply leave the points field blank. If you do choose to apply a number of points related to the merit badge, these points will be in addition to any independent recognition which the employee may receive.
Most clients will select a certain number of points for birthdays but will use the reporting tools to issue anniversary points as there is often a large variance of points issued for anniversaries depending on years of service. Either way, with or without points, your employee will automatically receive recognition in celebration of the day.
